REFUND , Return and Exchange POLICY

At Brightday (Powered by THE OPULENCE CLUB), customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that most of our products are perishable or fragile, and as such, we operate under a strict no-return policy. Certain exceptions apply, as outlined below.

 

Conditional Returns – Dried Flowers

Dried flowers are eligible for return only under specific conditions.

To request a return:

  1. Send an email to superstar@brightday.co.in with your order details and the reason for return.

  2. We will review your request, and if approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process

For approved returns (dried flowers or damaged items):

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The refund process usually defined by the bank working days and shall be communicated accordingly.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving the refund, please contact us at superstar@brightday.co.in.
